 The
ATN Spinnaker Sleeve is designed to be easy and efficient to
use.
Easy and Quick
The control line is channeled through its own sock compartment
to prevent twists. Your new APC will come with the sleeve
already attached. If you need to install a sleeve or want to
remove the sleeve, then spread the sail out without any twists.
Pull the sleeve to the top and either attach or remove the head
from the head pennant inside the sleeve. Then pull the sleeve
back down.
When sailing, the sleeve should
be easy to pull up and down. If you have troubles dousing the
spinnaker with the sleeve, you might try heading the boat down
wind. As you head down wind, the APC will begin to be less
effective and easier to douse. |
