STRATIS 800 is eight times stronger than steel and has an enviable track record of high-performance and reliability.
STRATIS 800 is manufactured with a high modulus fibre and is tested thoroughly in our in-house laboratory. Stratis 800 can be used on its own or as part of STRATIS 1100.

Technora is available in both Black or a Natural colour and is a superior alternative to Twaron or Kevlar which gives all STRATIS 800 sails excellent resistant to flex fatigue.
WEIGHT
The unique fibre yarn and taffeta lamination process controls the amount of adhesive in every sail, ultimately making stronger and lighter sails. STRATIS 800 sails are amongst some of the lightest on the market.
MOULD RESISTANCE
Resistance to mould is more important to sailors than ever before and all STRATIS 800 sails are tested extensively in our on site humidity chamber where mould growth is monitored both internally and externally on the taffeta.
UV RESISTANCE
STRATIS 800 sails show exceptional UV resistance with a very high UV factor on all STRATIS taffetas with a unique UV factor included in the adhesive as well as having an additional UV resistant coating.
