ABOUT THIS LOFT

The loft first opened in 1989 and is today owned and operated by Ulf Tjernberg. Production is focused on Racing sails and Performance Cruising, a lot of energy is put into our Swedish one-type classes.

Doyle Sails Loftahammar is a full-service loft that produces and repairs sails and canopies.

LATEST PROJECTS

In our M 32 program, we have together with the boat designers Göran Marström and Kåre Ljung developed a new sailing concept that fully matches the boat's potential. A new design in Stratis ICE makes the boat faster and easier to maneuver. A Cabelless Gennaker gives this light racer speed in the headwind without a heavy settlement line.

At the other end of…. is our 2.4mR project that has shown great results right from the start. We are in our 3rd year and the focus is on finding the right overall between our different jibs and to further reduce the weight of the sails.
