Doyle Sails Palma is thrilled to announce the appointment of Adam Davis as External Service Manager. Adam will take up his position at the Doyle Sails Palma loft, leading the service team at their new office onsite at STP (Servicios Tecnicos Portuarios) effective Tuesday 23rd April.
Adam’s sailing achievements include competing in several Sydney-Hobart's, Maxi Worlds Title in 2012, a 24 hour record in 2010 on Super Maxi Leopard 3 and many other race programmes and superyacht events. Apart from competitive sailing, Adam brings a wealth of sail-handling knowledge to the service team with over 15 years of experience in big boats.
Adam Davis comments on today’s announcement,
“I could not turn down the offer to work with Doyle Sails Palma. I have known the team for many years both in sailing and ashore. The fact that Doyle are really pushing the boundaries in sail design and technology gives me the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. I’m excited to be a part of this growing team and look forward to what the future holds.”
Chris Sherlock, Managing Director for Doyle Palma welcomes Adam, “We have grown steadily since the reorganization of our business 15 months ago and we’ve been selective in choosing the right people for right roles. I’m delighted to welcome Adam to our Doyle Sails Palma family. I have known Adam since 2004 from our time on Leopard 3 so I know he has the credentials and experience to add to our team.”
