Doyle Sails Austria is a proud partner of Sunbeam Yachts, winner of the "2019 European Yacht of the Year" award presented at the Dusseldorf Boat Show.

The Sunbeam's 46.1 yacht is their newest model and the overall winner in the category of best "Luxury Cruiser" for the European Yacht Awards this year. Review from the judges:

"She prevailed against such renowned manufacturers and convinced the jury in all matters. The styling, the functionality of the deck layout, the ergonomics in the cockpit and the rig concept were expressly praised by the jury. Inside, the feel of the furniture and the tasteful ambience. The all-dodging feature was the sailing behavior."

Sunbeam 46.1

Sunbeam yachts are custom built to suit individual client requirements from long-distance and coastal cruising to the occasional regatta thrown in with limited or single-handed crew. The easy handling and high course stability in all wind speeds are achieved by a high ballast content, a sensitive adjustment of the hull shape and a massive hull reinforcement. This increases safety while enhancing performance and guarantees quality and durability.

Having been in business for over 50 years Sunbeam have continued to evolve with the ever-changing market by being at the forefront of the latest technology in boat building and design. Widely known as one of the best European yacht builders they have chosen to work exclusively with Doyle Sails Austria to offer their customers the complete custom package. Doyle work with each Sunbeam customer to work out the best sail inventory based on their individual needs.

"All Sunbeam yachts are built to the highest quality. Therefore, it is a logical step to choose Doyle Sails as the official supplier." - Manfred Schöchl, Sunbeam Shipyard Owner
