ABOUT THE LOFT

Platon Rodosouskis was born in 1969 in Cape Town, South Africa, where he stayed until the age of seven. Since 1976 he has lived in Greece. He starts sailing at the age of 13 with Optimist boat and a year later switched to Laser. He competed in the inshore Sailing on various Olympic-class boats and on offshore Sailing both at national and international level, winning medals at the cross-country and pan-Hellenic level. In 1992, he was a member of the crew of MACEDONIA, on the III Routa Del Descrubimento, a race of the Atlantic Ocean, commemorating the 500th anniversary of America's discovery, finishing third in his class.

Love for the sea and sailing has led him to dedicate himself professionally to sailing section. In 1990 he started working for companies involved in equipment and maintenance of boats. Since 1999 he maintains his own company, specializing in the maintenance and repair of sailing boats, always focusing on each boat separately, and always taking care of the customer's interest.
