One Design
One Design.
In a one design fleet the only variables left are your crew work and your sail shape. We spend our time on the second one, so the sail you buy is the sail that has already been proven on the startline.

We build for fleets from the Optimist to the Cape 31 – all of which have extensive feedback loops so that all sails are at the forefront of design and innovation.
Cloth specification
A new generation of sail technology.
Your class rules decide what cloth can be used, so we start there and specify within them. These are the constructions we reach for most often in one design work, and what each one is actually for.
Traditional woven cloth cut to panel layouts. Robust, easily serviced, and repairable at any loft in the world, which matters when your class travels.
Where your class allows it. Fibres run unbroken along the load paths instead of being cut from panels, so the shape lasts far longer.
Our newest construction. Unidirectional filaments with no Mylar in the laminate, so delamination is removed as a failure mode entirely.
A laminate for the serious club racer. Strong from luff to leech, so it copes with roller furling and overlapping headsails, and the black dye adds years of UV life.
Laminate performance at a club budget. It resists scuffs and shrinking better than most crosscut cloth, and has a clean opaque finish.
Woven cloth with a ripstop pattern and a firm finish. It barely stretches in any direction, which makes it a safe pick for headsails and smaller mains.
