ONE DESIGN // NORDIC FOLKBOAT

For decades, Doyle Sails with Florian Raudaschl has been successfully developing sails for the Nordic folk boat. With Walter Muhs, we began extensive video and photo analysis that brought us closer to our goal - to manufacture fast, easy-to-trim regatta sails that maintain their profile over the seasons. Christoph Nielsen, a top sailor not only on the folk boat,  completed our team and confirmed our path with great successes (Gold Cup results of the last 3 years are , 1st, 1st and 2nd places).

Folk boat sailor Gunter May is Doyle Sails new class representative and looks after our customers. Gunter is an active regatta sailor himself and can be found at many folk boat regattas in Germany.

Dear folk boat sailors, I would like to introduce myself to you as the new class representative of Doyle Sails.
For many years I have been sailing my own Folk boat as a helmsman and often also as a crew for Christoph Nielsen. I not only take part in regattas on a regular basis, but I have also made trips with my boat on the North and Baltic Seas.
As a regatta sailor, I appreciate the quick cut and the easy-to-adjust sails. As a cruising sailor, I am enthusiastic about the longevity of the sails.
I look forward to my new role with Doyle Sails and meeting you!
Gunter May
