"Our Middle Harbour boat DK46 Khaleesi was very lucky to have guidance from Doyle Sail’s Shane Guanaria for the IRC & ORC Series at Port Stephens. Through varying breezes we hung on for second place in Division 2 against worthy opponents which included other Mills designs, fast Farr 40s and other high performance boats.
We think our new carbon crafted, structured luff Doyle headsails certainly contributed to our success with the additional strength reducing luff sag and stretch. The headsails set like steel so increases in pressure translate into power instead of changes to sail shape.
Since we purchased the boat we’ve had input and advice from Doyle and we are now seeing results. The inevitable sail service work from them is efficient and on time.
Our success on the weekend shows that with a good boat, high performance equipment and sails and good advice, a predominantly Corinthian crew can mix it with the best in competitions that are quite solidly professionally crewed."

- Sandy Farquharson, owner of Khaleesi

"I have used Doyle Sails as my primary supplier of sails for many years, and have found their sails to be fast, durable and right up there with the latest technology. I have had many good experiences and won and hit the podium in many regattas and blue water events. I sail primarily in one design fleets Farr 40 and prior to that Sydney 38’s and a good fast set of sails is an absolute must! These fleets are very competitive.
After sails service such as rig tuning and getting the luff curve right on a mainsail are part of the service, and Doyle always steps up to the mark to ensure things fit, work and achieve the best result.
Pricing is a contentious issue always, and Doyle sells their sails at an acceptable price considering the technology and laminate structures of their sails.
I would recommend Doyle as a sail supplier to anyone."

- Gordon Ketelbey, Owner of Farr 40's Zen Ramrod
