Doyle Sails is excited to announce a new loft in Corfu, Greece with Argyris Tangalidis at the helm. Argyris has over 30 years of experience at sea as a skipper, sailor and engineer – having sailed in Greece, Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Israel, Egypt and all over the Mediterranean Sea, it makes him the local expert. He is also the owner of the company Sail the Blue Yachting which has provided outstanding service to yachts requiring repair, refitting, rigging and engineering for more than 20 years. Argyris is fluent in Greek, English, German, Italian and Russian.

Maria, the Head of Operations for Doyle Sails Corfu will be happy to help with your needs for new sails or repairs, biminis, sprayhoods, covers, cushions and other accessories manufactured specifically for your yacht. Starting as a saleswoman in a shipping store 25 years ago, she quickly became a Managing Director for Sail the Blue and for the last 16 years Maria has been the Head of Operations for the Sail the Blue Yachting. Maria will bring her experience to the loft and is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the business. Maria speaks Greek and English.

Astrid has been in the yachting industry from a young age, having worked as a hostess on yachts and in large boat repair companies, Astrid now brings her skills and experience, which have been built over 20 years of sailmaking, to Doyle Sails Corfu as the senior sailmaker. Astrid is also a multilingual person, as she speaks Dutch, English, French, German & Greek.

The experience and know-how of the Doyle Sails Corfu team leaves no room for mistakes that can cost time and money. “Honesty and respect for you are key ingredients in building a relationship of trust. We are always by your side to advise you and give a solution” says Argyris.
