Once sails arrive at the boat the battens are installed, the sails fitted and set up – often this process is carried out by a boat captain, a member of the crew, or the Doyle team, rather than the owner.
New sails arriving is exciting and to deliver more experience than ever before, the Doyle Sails International team based in Auckland has worked internally to design a bespoke product to enhance the Doyle Sails experience for many customers. The curated Doyle Experience box, a project led by Brand and Operations Manager Harri Wren who has a background in graphic design, will now be delivered to Doyle-powered Grand Prix yachts and Superyachts.

The personal messaging included on the box – welcomes the client to the Doyle family, while tools are lined up in custom-sized slots, ready for use, and finished in beautiful Doyle yellow.
The inclusion of high-quality tools, specifically crafted for our Grand Prix sail packages is in line with our sustainable goals of limiting waste in a high waste material industry. With this in mind, we only have included appropriate sizes used for the installation of battens, reducing the impact of waste.
