DOYLE SAILS BARBADOS IS HIRING
We are looking for a committed and hard-working individual to lead our entire team.
Doyle Sails Barbados has been leading manufacturer of long-life Dacron/Polyester sails and related products since 1988. The loft is over 30,000 square feet with 4 buildings and has 40 sailmakers and machine operators.
Position Available:
- General Manager
The successful candidate will have skills in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Sailmaking and People Management. They will work with a skilled, dedicated team, reporting directly to the Board of Directors based mainly at the Doyle Loft in St Philips, Barbados and may, on occasion, be required to travel.
Experience in marketing and sales will be useful in understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy the needs of sailors in this market.
As a well known brand, we are looking to build on and expand our 38 year old business making sails and related products in the Caribbean. We work on a wide variety of interesting projects, large and small, suppling a variety of sails to many boats from hard working charter boats, cruising boats looking for hard wearing sails that can withstand the weather conditions in the Caribbean and beyond.
Renumeration package:
This will reflect the experience and skills of the successful applicant and include basic salary, production bonus, pension plan and other benefits.
