The jewel of the Australian sailing calendar is due to begin this weekend, with Hamilton Island Race Week returning after a two-year hiatus. With 222 yachts across eight divisions travelling from all over Australia to participate in the iconic event, it will undoubtedly deliver both on the water and off. As we look ahead to the week-long regatta, Doyle-powered yachts make up many of those aiming to finish at the top of the fleet.
In the premiere division, it will be the battle of the big boats with Doyle-powered yachts Andoo Comanche and Duncan Hine’s Alive, lining up against local royalty Hamilton Island Wild Oats. An equally intense battle can be expected amongst the seven high-performance 52s: Caro, Highly Sprung, Ichi Ban, Koa, Matador, Secret Mens Business, and Zen – six of which are proudly powered by Doyle Sails.
Hamilton Island Race Week entrants can expect a complete Doyle Sails contingent on the ground in Hamilton Island, as they work to support those who choose Doyle Sails both on and off the water throughout the week.
