Since 1982, Doyle Sails has delivered outstanding quality and innovation to our loyal customers across the globe. As a global business, we recognise that all our business activities have an impact. Impacts include our people, products, our community and the environment.
The ocean’s health is key to the sustainability of our business, and we endeavour to continuously improve our actions to ensure this is protected. Sustainability is a foundational pillar, from which outline our goals and bench marks to achieve sustainable business. We have developed our pillars in-line with the World Sailing “Sustainability Agenda 2030” recommendations, helping to ensure our pillars are aligned with the global industry standards.
Our pillars are at the heart of every decision we make, and will constantly evolve as our voyage develops. We are on a journey of improvement, and our pillars will be frequently updated to align with our goals. We aim to think global with our goals, but take local action to ensure our voyage impacts the local communities first, and will lead to a fairer, regenerative and sustainable business and planet.
Our journey to a better future.
"We are stoked to have Doyle Sails onboard with the New Zealand SailGP team. To have a world-class sailmaker that is owned and operated out of New Zealand and shares our environmental values is a pretty special alliance to have".
Peter Burling, CEO New Zealand SailGP Team
Doyle Sails leads the way in design and technology and sharing this information is critical. We also take the time to build our customer's understanding in how our products work and what other products and innovations might work for them in the future.
Doyle Sails has 50 lofts and employs 560 people all around the world, all equally passionate about Doyle Sails and the services we deliver to our customers. The importance placed on social responsibility policies is second to none.
We work closely with our charity partners, giving back to our local community, and collaborating in initiatives wherever we can. With the ocean as our playground, our focus lies with ocean conservation and leadership.
Since our founding in 1982, our love of the ocean, and spending time in nature is what drives our business. As sailors, we have seen the ongoing destruction of our natural planet firsthand and we are on a journey to do our part.
